About Kelly

Kelly Mesler, Everwell’s Founder & CEO, has remained dedicated throughout her career to empower individuals with evidence-based skills that improve overall well-being. Her career journey began while she was working in banking while earning a degree in Psychological Science and a Certificate in Civic Engagement at Castleton University. Along with her studies, she created and led programs that brought emotional intelligence and community-building practices into classrooms and campuses.

After college, Kelly spent over seven years at Maximize Your Talent, a coaching and consulting firm integrating emotional intelligence into workplaces. There, she played several key leadership roles—developing programs, leading operations, consulting for clients, and managing growth.

When MYT’s owner retired in late 2024, Kelly founded Everwell as a natural continuation of that work, grounded in her personal turning point: experiencing burnout during the peak of her professional success. That experience reshaped her philosophy, realizing that success without well-being isn’t sustainable—and she knew others felt the same. Everwell was born out of the belief that real fulfillment requires alignment across all parts of the mind: how we think, feel, and take action.

Today, Kelly’s role at Everwell bridges client relationships and strategic direction. She facilitates meaningful connections between Everwell’s deeply talented professionals and the clients they serve—ensuring that insight becomes actionable, and that change is lasting. She is equipped to work with individuals and teams as a Kolbe Certified™ Consultant and trained in leadership tools such as the Influence Style Indicator and TalentSmart 360.

Trusting Intuition: Where Uncertainty Becomes Growth

A reflective and practical session on learning to trust your intuition, embrace uncertainty, and find confidence in the space between where you are and where you’re headed.

In this talk, Kelly Mesler, Castleton class of 2017, shares personal insights and lessons on how intuition guides growth, especially during times of change and uncertainty. Drawing from her journey from a Castleton student to her current role as a CEO and founder of Everwell, a wellbeing consulting firm, she explores how authenticity, agency, and resilience can help us navigate the unknown with confidence and clarity. She invites the audience to see how the most uncertain moments often hold the greatest potential for transformation.
